MODCO Senior Connection, a faith based, senior-oriented initiative, provided a workshop to address various health concerns and lifestyle modifications for seniors living in close proximity to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center who require a medical home, for their primary care needs.
