Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and other CHS sites are promoted as access points for primary care and wrap around services concerning seniors living in central Broward County. The MODCO Senior Connection is a series of health-focused workshops with relevant subject matter that enables seniors to become better equipped toward managing their health and the onset of chronic illnesses among family members.
