Description

The MODCO Senior Connection event is intended to highlight ancillary services available from community health centers concerning medication management and primary care among seniors of color (SOC) who can also receive primary care at Cora E Braynon Family Health Center and Lauderdale Lakes Health Center. This special event provides access to pharmaceuticals plus wrap around services among underinsured and uninsured families, living in the northern two thirds of Broward County.
