MODCO Senior Connection, a faith based educational forum, is an initiative that allows BHCHS to establish additional market share among local Medicare populations residing in central Broward County. BHCHS is the primary facilitator of senior-oriented health promotion workshops that seek to empower seniors by helping them manage their health, in unison, with BHCHS sites which are in close proximity to their established neighborhoods and subdivisions. ADRC provided an update on available resources for seniors living in the northern two thirds of Broward County.
