MODCO Senior Connection hosted a workshop concerning Treatment of Age-related Conditions for fifty (50) seniors, located at Mount Nebo Baptist Church. Broward Health has helped to facilitate various workshops on behalf of MODCO Senior Connection; whereby, we assist the agency with educational content from human service providers. Lauderdale Lakes Health Center was positioned as an access point for primary care services targeting seniors and their families in central Broward County.
