The City of Pompano Beach Senior Program is a senior-focused initiative that offers hypertension advice and insight, for local residents and their family members, who require information to educate them on key facets of hypertension reduction. These key facets and information are essential toward proactively managing hypertension and symptoms associated with this chronic illness. Annie L Weaver Health Center and Margate Health Center were positioned as an access point for primary care and additional wrap around services for diabetics living in close proximity to the health center.
