Margate Health Center embarked upon a campaign to reduce blood pressure within existing patients who possessed reading over 140/90 during their triage. Broward Health CHS community health centers performed educational workshops to build awareness of the importance concerning reduction of bold pressure, as well as adjustments to lifestyle and diet that assist with helping one reduce their blood pressure. Margate Health Center was positioned as an access point for primary care and wrap around services for hypertensive patients and their families.
