Annually, Gold Coast Home Health and Hospice will host a family-focused memorial service for families that have lost a loved one within the hospice unit or in a homebound hospice setting. This special event is a time for families served by Broward Health to reflect on their loved one's life, and their legacies that have been left with us. Emily Jazombek, Chaplain with GCHHHS, will facilitate the program which will highlight bereavement support and other wrap around services available to family requiring additional support as they undergo the grieving process.
