Description

The LA Lee YMCA Community Resource Fair provided human service organizations with a platform to showcase their services and service lines to residents residing in The Sistrunk Corridor. Broward Health has five community health centers within the Sistrunk Corridor, to address primary care access within this ethnically diverse area which has the highest incidence of chronic illness and infectious disease indicators within Broward County. Our aim is to link residents into primary care access points within our network of community health centers.
