MODCO Senior Connection Pompano Beach and Broward Health Ambulatory Services Outreach Services hosted a health talk on addressing mental health concerns among seniors living in the northern two thirds of Broward County. Many seniors face depression and social isolation as they age in place. Therefore, providing and promoting social interaction is of paramount importance toward helping seniors maintain their mental acuity. Annie L Weaver Health Center was promoted as an access point for primary care and wrap around services.
