MODCO Senior Connection, a local senior-focused education program, held a seminar featuring Minority Builders Coalition and its staff, who delivered details on home improvement designed to help seniors age in place. ADRC subcontracts its home improvement program to Minority Builders Coalition, who assess the home environment then make slight alterations, to ensure that seniors home sites are safe from trip and fall hazards. BHCHS Outreach Services facilitated introducing ADRC to Mount Bethel Baptist Church Seasoned Saints Program as a wrap around service linkage to help local seniors requiring this service.
