Broward Health CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of using ADRC on a continuous basis, to help seniors with various services required for seniors who want to "age in place". The ADRC Center plans, develops, coordinates and evaluates programs; funds services; and is the prime advocate for Broward County residents, 60 years of age or older, living in Broward County. Broward Health provided a wrap around service organization, targeting seniors who may need assistance with maintaining their quality of life.
