CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of planning concerning end of life arrangements, to help seniors with scheduling of burial and bereavement services, required for families who lose a loved one. Gold Coast Home Health and Hospice Services provides chaplain and bereavement support services, for local seniors, who need assistance with making necessary arrangements to address funerals and other concerns associated with funerals.
