CHS Outreach Services promoted access to primary care and wrap around services among local residents living in close proximity to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center. MODCO Senior Connection is a faith based initiative to build awareness among seniors who need additional information on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for their families.
