CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a health talk on healthy nutrition for seniors who required additional information and education on sound nutrition. These types of presentations are necessary for them to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center were positioned as access points for primary care and wrap around services, for seniors, in need of a medical home.
