CHS Outreach Services promoted access to primary care and wrap around services among local residents living in close proximity to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center. MODCO Senior Connection is a faith based initiative to build awareness among seniors who need additional information on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families. The Urban League of Broward County can facilitate walking classes to help one maintain their sense of wellness.
