CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of stress reduction techniques on a continuous basis to help seniors with lowering their stress levels. The University of Florida IFAS Office provides educational workshops to local seniors who need to know techniques on coping and stress management skills. In addition, BHCHS Outreach Services provides workshops that speak to concerns of faith based groups when it comes to leveraging additional resources, to help with concerns of seniors in their daily life.
