CHS Outreach Services promoted access to primary care and wrap around services among local residents, living in close proximity, to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center. MODCO Senior Connection is a faith based initiative created to build additional awareness among seniors who need additional information on mental healthcare treatment for their families. Cora E Braynon Family Health Center is an access point for behavioral healthcare options concerning living in central Broward County.
