MODCO Senior Connection is a faith based initiative committed to building additional awareness among seniors, who need information on how to maintain a state of wellness and healthy lifestyle, for themselves and their families. The YMCA can facilitate chair aerobics classes to help one maintain their sense of wellness. CHS Outreach Services promoted access to primary care and wrap around services among local residents living in close proximity to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center.
