CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of lowering one's high blood pressure levels through helping seniors with diet adjustments using proper nutritional guidance; thereby, making better dietary decisions. We provide wrap around services and workshops, for local seniors who need to know techniques on how to plan their diets, appropriately. Margate Health Center and Annie L. Weaver Family Health Center are access points for nutritional counseling plus possess dieticians, who are on staff to provide additional guidance for seniors and their family members.
