MODCO and BHCHS Kinship Cares Initiative hosted a workshop to inform seniors about ways to sustain and maintain their health and healthcare status through linkage to primary care and social services for kinship families. Kinship Care is defined as any living arrangement that involves the care of a child by their grandparent or a close family relationship that are acknowledged by the birth or adoptive parents.
