CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of using our local mental health association on a continuous basis to help seniors with various services required for people who want to age in place. The Mental Health Association of South Florida provides support services for local seniors who need to know techniques on stress reduction and coping skills. In addition, BH CHS Outreach Services provides workshops that speak to concerns of faith based groups when it comes to leveraging their spirituality to help with concerns of their daily life.
