CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a presentation on the benefits of using Gold Coast Home Health and Hospice on a continuous basis, to help seniors with various services required for people who want to age in place. Gold Coast Home Health and Hospice Services provides chaplain and bereavement support services, for local seniors, who need to know techniques on coping skills.
