MODCO Senior Connection hosted a nutrition-focused workshop to make the public aware of various resources available among seniors in northern Broward County concerning nutrition education, healthy eating and portion control. MODCO featured a local expert, Ebony Griffin from University of Florida , who is well versed concerning nutrition education and other senior health concerns, directly associated with eating a well balanced diet.. BHCHS Outreach Services positioned Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center as an access point for primary care and wrap around services in central Broward County.
