CHS Outreach Services coordinated and facilitated a health talk on healthy nutrition for seniors who required additional information and education on sound nutrition necessary for them to maintain a sense of health and wellness. This event conveys the importance of sound nutrition and smoothie drink consumption toward one achieving a sense of wellness for themselves and their families. CHS Outreach Services conducted a smoothie drink demonstration for seniors who want to know about nutrition.
