CHS Outreach Services facilitated a health talk on the benefits of proper hydration and use of alkaline water to achieve positive outcomes concerning one's health. It was our aim to introduce resources from the community that can help seniors become more knowledgeable on the different options, pertaining to nutrition and hydration. BHCHS was positioned as a network of community health centers that have wrap around services targeting senior residents whop live in close proximity to our health centers.
