MODCO Senior Connection held a presentation on the importance of adult immunizations concerning a local group of seniors socializing in a faith based setting. Cora E Braynon Family Health Center was on hand to educate seniors and their family members on access points, such as CHS sites. These community health center sites are ideal locations to receive primary care and adult immunizations from a network of community health centers in the northern two thirds of Broward County.
