BHCHS Outreach Services facilitated a series of healthy lifestyle workshops among a faith based group of seniors located in central Broward County. In addition, we promoted access to primary care and wrap around services among local residents living in close proximity to Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E Braynon Family Health Center. MODCO Senior Connection is a faith based initiative developed to build awareness among seniors who need additional information on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for themselves and families.
