The City of Pompano Beach Senior Center held a presentation to discuss and review the benefits of incorporating physical therapy into a senior's lifestyle. Physical therapy is being used as a holistic option to increase one's flexibility, ranges of motion and blood circulation within the body. Therefore, we want seniors to know that classes and physical therapy is available from our regional hospitals as an ancillary healthcare service. BHN was positioned as an access point for physical therapy services among forty (40) who primarily reside in BHN's target area.
