Description

National Cancer Survivors Day is a day set aside to honor those lives impacted by cancer. It is estimated that there are more than 16.9 million cancer survivors in the United States. Broward Health Medical Center joins other communities around the world in recognizing this day. Presenting our virtually National Cancer Survivor’s Day event to “recognize and unite cancer survivors, raise awareness of the ongoing challenges cancer survivors face, and – most importantly – celebrate life.” Our celebration of life this year will be held on Saturday June 5. Come celebrate this year with our motivational guest speaker, live guided meditation session, virtual pet therapy and cooking demonstration. Once you register we will send you a Microsoft Teams link, prior to the event date, to join this virtual event. It may prompt you to download this app if you do not already have this on your device.
