CHS Outreach Services hosted its annual outreach effort in central Broward County to bring additional awareness and access to primary care and diagnostic services available to women, locally. This event allowed CHS Outreach Representatives an opportunity to build a rapport with women in the community who need to establish a relationship with a primary care physician or their local community health center staff.
