Lauderdale Lakes Health Center and Cora E. Braynon Family Health Center were positioned as access points for primary care and wrap around services targeting residents living in central Broward County. We also promoted the CEBFHC Back to School Summer Immunization Fair targeting uninsured and underinsured children within central Broward County who required school physicals and immunizations to return for the new school year.
