Healthcare for the Homeless was established with Federal grant funding, with this ancillary service line being administered by BH Community Health Services since 1993. This special event is a patient retention initiative held on an annual basis to prevent patient attrition among this special target population. In addition, we build additional awareness and exposure concerning primary care and wrap around services provided by Broward Health for these consumers
