All community members that have attended Nightcap lectures as well as new attendees are invited to listen to a lecture about "Stress Free Holidays." The Care Assistance Program (C.A.P) is a support group that helps caregivers deal with the special concerns of caring for a dependent loved one. We believe that knowledge and understanding empowers families to care for their loved ones in a more effective way and enhances caregiver's health and well-being.
