Tips for Daylights Savings
Daylight ClockDaylights Savings time begins this Sunday and Dr. Ashley Shanblatt has some tips to help you cope with the time change:

• Try to go to bed 15 mins earlier than you normally would each day leading up to the start of daylight savings time.
• Don’t set an alarm clock on Sunday and sleep in naturally
• Avoid large meals too close to bedtime
• Avoid working out too close to your bedtime
• Keep your room cool and dark
• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or tobacco, especially late at night.
• Put down those tablets, cell phones and turn of the tv
• Keep your rooms cool and dark
