The Broward Health Lauderdale Lakes Health Center is located on the southeast corner of State Road 7 (441) and West Oakland Park Blvd in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. This center is a new location within our network of community health centers that provides affordable, quality healthcare for families residing in central Broward County
Staff consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, case managers, and other health professionals who will combine expertise to provide you and your family with comprehensive health services.
For your convenience, Broward Health Lauderdale Lakes Health Center is located near a Broward County Transit pick-up point and is easily accessible from the I-95, State Road 7, and the Turnpike. We accept most major health insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare self-pay and credit cards as forms of payment.
