Primary Care Practice

The Primary Care Practice has a history of providing a range of medical services to the surrounding community, along with caring, compassionate and personalized care to its patients. And for your convenience, the Optometry Center at Nova Southeastern University is also located at the Primary Care Practice.

Our services are enhanced with community education classes in nutrition and mental health, as well as individualized counseling and case management of patients with diabetes, asthma and HIV. The Primary Care Practice accepts most major health insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. Services are discounted for self-pay clients, and clients may initiate an application for financial assistance on-site. Patients are seen by appointment.

Primary Care Practice is located adjacent to a Broward County Transit pick-up point and is easily accessible from I-95. We accept most major health insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, cash, and credit cards as forms of payment. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; a sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income. Same day/same week appointments are also provided.
