Ellen Bor is training for this year's SMART Ride as part of the CDTC Cyclones team. Find out what motivates her to complete the grueling, two-day, 165-mile ride from Miami to Key West each year to raise funds and awareness for HIV/AIDS patients.

18 years

What motivates you to come to work each day?
When I moved to Florida 18 years ago, I hoped to find work that would impact the lives of vulnerable children.

Practicing due diligence and process improvement

The SMART Ride is a two-day,165-Mile bike ride from Miami to Key West that will take place on November 15 and 16. Proceeds from the event benefit the Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center and other South Florida organizations who support patients living with HIV/AIDS.
