Today, he serves as the finance director at Broward Health Coral Springs, monitoring hospital's financial health to ensure the highest quality care for our patients. What motivates you to come to work each day?
Broward Health is a supportive environment and I work with an amazing team. I come in everyday and give it 110%.

My favorite moment was when I was hired by the Finance Department. It was a dream that came true and it changed my life instantly.
What advice would you give to a new employee just starting their career in healthcare?
Always keep a positive mind frame though all of the obstacles you may face and know that mistakes will be made, but your goal is to learn from them and progress.
How do you like to relax?
Family outings, video games, and eating at McDonald’s.
What are you most proud of personally or professionally?
I’m proud of the journey I've taken to get to where I’m at now. From starting out in the cafeteria to my current role in the Finance Department, it has made me appreciate every step I've taken toward progressing in my career and I take nothing for granted.

If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
Warren Buffet. He’s ahead of his time and his thought process is so simple.
