Broward Health Community Health Service to Host Free Blood Pressure Screenings and Education

Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Broward Health Community Health Services will be hosting free blood pressure checkups for the community at its clinics. Patients will also receive education by care coordinators should they need follow-up care. Checkups will be held:
