What motivates me to come to work each day: The challenge. I want to make sure everything is done and done right.
My favorite Broward Health moment: Co-managing the annual road races, a 5K run around the hospital. It was exhilarating to see 1,500 participants and several police come together for a good cause and shut down Federal Highway.
Some advice I’d give to a new employee just starting their career in healthcare: Continue to learn. Pay attention to details. And always maintain a positive attitude.
How I like to relax: Completing home improvement projects.
What I’m most proud of personally or professionally: Seeing employees who previously reported to me now working in upper management within the Broward Health system
