Broward Health
Leadership University (BHLU)

BHLU is an integrated leadership development program designed to cultivate future leaders and support succession planning within Broward Health.

Broward College Upper-Level (BSN) Scholarship Program

Broward College and Broward Health have partnered to offer a $6,000 annual BSN scholarship for selected nursing students. This scholarship assists students in completing the last one or two years of a four-year generic nursing degree program.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Accepted into a generic BSN program at a Florida public state-accredited university.
  • Fully admitted and registered for the first semester of the BSN program.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Previous student at Broward College, with coursework successfully completed.
  • RN-BSN program students are NOT eligible.

Obligations:

  • Awarded students must commit to full-time employment at Broward Health for a period equal to the number of years sponsored by the scholarship.
