When you subscribe to the E-Letters, or provide us your email address* by completing one of our online forms, you may receive periodic email messages from us. These messages may include updates regarding our site's services, features and other information meant to enhance your experience on our site. It is our goal to provide you with information relevant to your interaction with our site and you may unsubscribe from these services at any time.
*Please note, while we do not sell or rent personal information, under Florida law e-mail addresses and certain other information are considered public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a public records request.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
SMS Messaging Terms
When you sign up for text messages from Broward Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Broward Health, including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.
You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using MyChart or text HELP to the short code for instructions.
