As a not-for-profit organization, our heart beats with the commitment to offer more than just medical treatments; we are a sanctuary for primary care, healthcare coordination, and a bridge to crucial social services. Our outreach extends to children and adolescents afflicted with chronic illnesses and developmental disabilities, enveloping them and their families in a circle of support and education. 

Proudly recognized as an (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home, our essence is to provide a compassionate and holistic system of care for infants, children, youth, and women. CDTC Programs & Services

Our center provides Pediatric Primary Care within a nurturing medical home, offering Family Medicine, and specialized services for newborns to 3-year-olds through our Early Steps Program.

We cater to special needs with dedicated dental care and support overall health with an on-site pharmacy, extensive health care coordination, and family support. Our services extend to pharmaceutical and nutritional counseling, HIV Specialty Care, and participation in cutting-edge Pediatric clinical trials, ensuring comprehensive care and support.
