Pre-Employment Process

Step 1: Offer and Scheduling Pre-Employment Processing Appointment

Once an offer has been made and accepted, your talent consultant will schedule your pre-employment and employee health appointments. Please note that each applicant is extended a conditional offer of employment and must pass all aspects of the pre-employment process.

Step 2: Background Check Authorization

A pre-employment background investigation will be conducted for all candidates under consideration for employment. You will receive an electronic authorization via email to initiate the background screening. Please complete the form to begin the process.

Employment Eligibility Verification

Federal law requires that Broward Health documents and verifies the identity and employment authorization of each new employee (regardless of immigration status) hired after November 6, 1986. This is to ensure that the candidate is authorized to work in the United States. As part of the employment process, candidates must present documentation proving their eligibility for employment.

Please review the Form I9 Acceptable Documents list for eligible documents to provide during your pre-employment appointment.
