What is Broward Health Link?
Broward Health Link is a web application that provide physician office staff and community partners with real time web access to patients/members information.

- Affiliated practices with physicians who have comprehensive access to Epic
- Referring providers and their support personnel
- Additional healthcare providers, such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice services, and pharmacies
- Health insurance organizations
- Approved business partners and vendors
Accessing Broward Health Link
Broward Health Link offers secure, real-time access to patient charts for healthcare providers. New users can easily register to get started, while existing users can log in to continue managing patient care efficiently.
Existing Access Request AccessInstructions
- Select "Request New Account"
- Complete form for New Site and add all staff that require access from your site.
- Email verification will be sent to the site administrator.
- Broward Health Liaison will email REQUIRED Electronic Forms that must be signed and returned prior to access being granted.
- The site administrator will be provided an email with the user id and reference number to set their password.

You'll have access to information for patients that are associated with the physicians in your office practice. If there is no relationship established between the patient and the physician’s practice.
You will receive a BHL User ID via email 10 business days after receiving the required forms.
As soon as you receive your User ID and setup your password, you’ll have access to an online training sheets that will contain detailed instructions for how to navigate Broward Health Link.
Broward Health Link is not an EMR solution; it is a mostly read-only application with a few service-oriented features that support the continuity of care in our community.
NO. Username and password sharing is not allowed. If others at your site need Broward Health Link access, they can request their own with the help of your practice's designated Link Site Manager.
New users can no longer be added to the Cerner Read-Only system by 10/01/2024.
Yes. Broward Health Link is free to community providers to use.
Broward Health Link users can schedule follow-up appointments with the patient’s Broward Health primary care physician (PCP).
Yes.
External (non-Broward Health) community providers and staff would receive a Broward Health Link. Credentialed employed providers at your facility have access to Hyperspace, the full version of Epic.
