Internal Medicine Physician
Broward Health Physician Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine physicians to join our outpatient physician group. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, possess excellent clinical skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. Ideally located in Broward County, between Palm Beach and Miami, South Florida offers cultural and recreational amenities for the entire family, beautiful beaches, world-class dining, diverse housing options, a growing economy, A-rated schools and "no state income tax."
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists.
- Educate patients on preventive health measures and disease management strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic healthcare record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on current medical research, evidence-based practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM).
- Valid medical license in the state of FL, or ability to obtain a FL license.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
