This is a day- long Birthing Marathon to prepare parents-to-be for labor and birth. The Marathon reviews the anatomy of pregnancy, signs and symptoms of labor, labor positions, and comfort techniques. Please have a small yoga mat, or blanket, and pillows available, and wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire to practice birth positions. Please have something to drink and snacks.
