This is a 3-part series to prepare parents-to-be for labor and delivery. The series begins with the anatomy of pregnancy, signs and symptoms of labor, stages of labor & introduction to labor positions. Please have a small yoga mat, blanket, and pillows available, and wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire to practice birth positions. Please have something to drink and snacks. Once registered, we will send you a Microsoft Teams link to join the class the day before or the morning of the event. This link may prompt you to download the Microsoft Teams app if you do not already have this application on your device.
