The Broward Health Administrative Fellowship Program is a year-long fellowship program that provides a robust and dynamic learning environment in which the Administrative Fellow will take on short and long-term leadership roles, to gain a better understanding of the organization’s operations, mission, vision, and values through analytical analysis, research, and project support of hospital and system-wide initiatives and department needs.
The Administrative Fellow will be paired with a preceptor and work alongside senior leadership teams and other executives to gain an in-depth understanding of a healthcare system and hospital operations. Key highlights of the program are:

To be eligible for the Broward Health Administrative Fellowship beginning in July 2026, candidates must receive their graduate degree by the start of the fellowship, with the exception of programs that require a fellowship to complete their degree. Candidates should not have graduated prior to December of 2025.
