Administrative Fellowship Program

The Broward Health Administrative Fellowship Program is a year-long program that offers a dynamic learning experience for future healthcare leaders.

The Broward Health Administrative Fellowship Program is a year-long fellowship program that provides a robust and dynamic learning environment in which the Administrative Fellow will take on short and long-term leadership roles, to gain a better understanding of the organization’s operations, mission, vision, and values through analytical analysis, research, and project support of hospital and system-wide initiatives and department needs.

The Administrative Fellow will be paired with a preceptor and work alongside senior leadership teams and other executives to gain an in-depth understanding of a healthcare system and hospital operations. Key highlights of the program are:

  • Ability to lead real-world projects with application to their facility and the entire system.
  • Receive coaching from a certified executive coach.
  • Inclusion in executive meetings as a member of the team, not just an observer.
  • Participation on the selection committee for the next round of Administrative Fellows.
  • Exposure to the entire system and every department.

To be eligible to apply, email your application to [email protected] applications open July 1st, 2025.
